Looking for a social network that offers a corporate wellness program that works? Social network Cafe Well may have the answer you seek with its wellness program called Race to the Moon, hosted by HealthAmerica. When you participate in this program, you get a free wireless pedometer to track your steps as you walk or run. Then, you get rewarded for achieving milestones and a certain amount of steps. (Think of the fun office competitions you and your coworkers could have.)

Why it Works

Race to the Moon is a wellness program that works because it is fun and rewarding. Since it is part of a social network, coworkers have a way to support each other’s health goals in and out of the office. In addition, Café Well offers free information about different health-related topics, as well as tips to help you stay on track.

How to Join

If you are a member of HealthAmerica, create a Café Well account and register your HealthAmerica account information to join the Race to the Moon Program.

If you’re not a member, you can still create a free account with Café Well so you can connect with other who share your goals and interests and share your progress.
