Sleeves for cupcakes

Cupcakes are a popular alternative to cakes for any occasion these days, and Roundabouts® Cupcake Sleeves can help tie the theme of your party together. Roundabouts® Cupcake Sleeves come with 70 different images from which to choose, such as hamburger buns, wedding couture, golf cards, piano keys, sushi wrappers, popcorn buckets and gumball machines. There is a sleeve for every occasion.

I received the cupcake sleeves that look like hamburgers. They are really cute and simple to assemble. There was one problem though: the traditional cupcake/muffin tins I have for baking such items are too tall. The idea behind the sleeves is that you bake the cupcakes in paper wrappers. Then, you stick the sleeve around the outside of the wrapper, as it comes with an adhesive.  The paper wrappers sold at the supermarket are too tall for the wrappers, so you would need to cut them down to size. I have baking tins for mini-cupcakes, but those were too small. When baking cupcakes to use with wrappers, you will need to find shorter than usual paper wrappers, and you should not fill them up too much with batter. A muffin top on a cupcake may make your creation look strange.

If you are looking for something unique for a party, look into purchasing Roundabouts® Cupcake Sleeves. Check out their website, http://www.roundaboutsleeves.com, for cupcake decorating ideas. You can also find Roundabouts® Cupcake Sleeves on Twitter and Facebook.
