Van Gogh Paintings Come to Life

When I was in Amsterdam, I had the opportunity to visit the Van Gogh Museum. I got as close to the paintings as I could.  If you go in the evening, there are less people, so you can get a front-row view.

Luca Agnani added some digital lighting effects and animations to Van Gogh's paintings, which makes them pop to life. It's quite amazing. Agnani features the following paintings in the "Van Gogh Shadow" video below:
  • Fishing Boats on the Beach at Saintes-Maries
  • The Yellow House
  • The Langlois Bridge at Arles
  • Farmhouse in Provence
  • White House at Night
  • Still Life
  • Evening The Watch (after Millet)
  • View of Saintes-Maries
  • Bedroom in Arles
  • Factories at Asnieres Seen
  • Restaurant
  • First Steps (after Millet)
  • Self-Portrait

See images of the actual paintings here.
