I can't help myself

...I'm a sucker for baby pandas doing funny things.

Technical Difficulties

I cleaned up the shield I did for my church with my drawing of St. Michael. I stretched the words so they are no so distorted, changed the lips so they are not so fat, evened out the face some, changed some of the shading in random places, and lightened the armor so St. Michael does not look like a warrior child.

However, I am not sure why that line is there. I'll have to crop it out.

What Holding a Panda Will Cost You

Do you have $125 for 2 minutes of excitement? If so, the Chengdu's Panda Breeding and Research Center will let you hold a panda on your lap for the full 120 seconds.



This would be totally worth it for me if I knew I would not feel bad about spending that money on the experience. Realistically, though, $120 can feed a family, pay a couple of my bills, buy Christmas presents, or buy some really great books.

I wonder how much it would cost to just pet a panda.

I'm Alive

Yeah...I'm here. I've been crazy busy lately: writing, hanging out with people, working, sleeping and taking naps, etc.

I have some awesome scarves I'm going to pics of up soon.

My new favorite thing to do is look at the "Free" section on Craigslist to see what type of junk they are giving away. There are an awful lot of couches. The questions is: What happened to the sofas to make them free?

Pandas in the News

The devastating earthquakes in China have caused injuries to two giant pandas and two other have gone missing. Where did they go?

Fortunately, none of the pandas were killed and are now being transported to a safe location. Watch the video below for more information.

More panda stuff!

I really dislike...no, hate...seafood. However, this picture of sushi is cute. This is probably the only time I'll say sushi is cute.












This has to be one of my all-time favorite viral videos. There is a mama panda and a baby panda. The baby panda sneezes really loud and it scares the bejeezus out of the mama panda. You might have to watch it a couple time to catch everything because everything happens really fast.
