Trip to Costa Rica

My husband and I recently had the opportunity to go to my home country -- COSTA RICA! While the main event was my sister's wedding in Manuel Antonio, it was great to reunite with my family and show my husband how his Latino family lives. He loved it there. Every morning, he'd blend himself a smoothie with any of the (abundant) fresh fruits that he could find. He also had the chance to taste sward fish ceviche. One of his new-found favorites are chips made of green plantains.
