NativOrganics, whose turmeric supplement I like, also sent me a bottle of its Mood Bliss supplement. The supplement contains herbs and vitamins that help you relax when you feel stressed. I found it helpful. Unfortunately, I only used it a couple of times. The supplement contains folic acid, which is not good for those with an MTHFR mutation.
