Spooky grammar fail

While doing research for an article, I came across Jackson Hewitt's site. This company offers tax preparation courses, and one of the topics they cover is how to "(file) a tax return with or for a deceased taxpayer."

Who in the world is going to file a tax return with a deceased taxpayer? I'd like to see that happen. All hail zombie tax returns!

P.S. I know what they are really trying to say...But still, there are better ways to say it.
