Product Review: Angelicare™ Spider Vein Treatment System,

I admit that even before hitting the third decade of my life, I have spider veins. *Gasp!* Yes, three smallish marks that look like rivers on a map. To help with what is sure to be an ongoing issue related to aging, I tried out the Angelicare™ Spider Vein Treatment System from InventHelp.

The package came with two medium-sized bottle of lotion, a wellness booklet and an electric massager that you plug into the wall. The massager has a low and medium setting along with two heat settings. The instructions state that it can take a couple of months to see a big difference in the appearance of spider veins.

What you are supposed to do twice daily is apply a bit of the supplied cream over the spider vein, use the massager on it for no more than 20 minutes and then apply a bit more cream. Additionally, you should massage the area over the vein for a few seconds after you get out of the shower and throughout the day.

My observations:
  1. The cream smells good, but it also smells sweet. It is like a sweet baby powder.
  2. The massager feels nice, and I use it on the lower setting. I am not sure if it is different than other massagers, but it seems like it worked deeper in my muscle.
  3. I did notice the appearance of the spider veins I have lessened while I did the treatment.
  4. Overall, there was no big difference in the appearance of my veins. However, only a couple weeks have passed and the treatments need more time to work.
So far, I cannot say that this is definitely a product you should purchase because I still have 1.5 months left of daily home treatments. However, my third observation gives me hope.
